Return Policy

All diffuser returns or exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Your Hyascent diffuser must be returned in its original packaging. This includes the outer sleeve, hinged box, baggie and tie for the wood core, and instructions. To repeat, diffusers cannot be returned without ALL of their original packaging.
All refill sales are final.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@hyascent.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided with your RMA.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
FRAGRANCE EXCHANGE PROCESS
In case the first fragrance of your choice doesn't work for your palette, please email us at support@hyascent.com to request a new scent. Your original diffuser must be returned and be post marked within 30 days of the purchase date. Diffusers must be returned in their original packaging, as noted above for returns. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges of the initial fragrance. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
